All sales and transactions are completed in person at our Concord location and are governed exclusively by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada.

In-Store Details
Product availability, current pricing, and stock levels are confirmed at the time of purchase in our Concord store.

Customer Type
EuroFlow Outlet primarily serves contractors and trade professionals. Sales to other customers are at the sole discretion of EuroFlow Outlet.

3. In-Store Purchases and Taxes

  • All purchases must be completed in person at our Concord location.
  • Applicable taxes, including 13% Harmonized Sales Tax (HST), will be applied at checkout. Full tax details are provided on the purchase receipt.

4. Returns and Exchange Policy

To maintain product quality and fair pricing, EuroFlow Outlet applies the following policy:

All Sales Final
All purchases are final once the products leave the store. EuroFlow Outlet does not offer returns or refunds.

Defective Products (One-Year Exchange)
If a product is found to be defective, EuroFlow Outlet will provide an exchange within one year of the purchase date.

Inspection Requirement
All exchange requests are subject to product inspection. Customers are strongly encouraged to inspect all items thoroughly before leaving the store, particularly pipes and fragile components such as sprinkler heads.

Customer Rights
This policy fully respects your statutory rights under Ontario law, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2002.

5. Responsibility and Installation

EuroFlow Outlet supplies irrigation and lighting products but does not provide installation services. We are responsible for supplying products that are functional at the time of sale and will exchange defective items in accordance with the one-year exchange policy set out above.

EuroFlow Outlet is not responsible for:

  • Installation work or any related labour costs;
  • Issues arising from improper installation or misuse; or
  • Any damage that occurs after the products leave the store, including during transport or handling by the customer.

We strongly recommend that all systems be designed and installed by qualified professionals.
